Looking to Sell or Buy land in Western Washington?
In my opinion, agents that call themselves land experts should know more than just writing contracts! In fact, it could be the most straightforward task of the whole development project. I have personally been directly involved with close to 200 residential land developments, in all phases, from beginning to final certificate of occupancy.
Time is Money
There’s no denying that time is a precious commodity. But does it equal money? Absolutely materials cost fluctuates, and delays can potentially cost thousands. As a result, our goal is to get permit applications submitted within 45 days. That includes a getting wetland, soil test, Civil stormwater site plans, etc. Again, we use our extensive process knowledge to leverage time-saving techniques.
Land & Pemit Client Portal
Land & Permit has its own Client Portal! You can log in on our website and track project progress, access our knowledge base, view invoices for materials and development costs, view all documents and photos, etc. It is specifically designed for our proprietary processes and helps you keep track of the entire project from beginning to the end (Beta testing for Jan 2023 release).
Weekly Meetings
Miscommunication is the biggest culprit in project failures. When changes and updates are not communicated correctly, and on time, it creates confusion, therefore, introducing risk to the project.
Nothing is more critical to the success of a project than effective communication. As a result, we require that our clients attend our virtual meetings every week until permits applications are turned in (at a minimum).
Process Driven
We use our processes and methods to provide us with tools to improve the capabilities of our processes. This increase in performance and decrease in process variation helps lead to risk reduction and improvement by eliminating the potential waste of time and money.
Knowledge Base
The information center is for our clients to read through the articles and help themselves with their answers to land development questions. Will incude Solutions for All Western Washington counties will be included. It is robust and specific for build on your site clients. (Beta testing for Feb release).
