Land Development and Feasibility Study


Land And Permits is a highly specialized Land Development Consultant Agency. We feel that successful property development requires a great deal of careful planning. There are many different elements, from obtaining the necessary loan to bring your project to life to finding the right contractors. It's crucial that before you start making any severe investments, you need to determine if your project is "feasible" or not.  

Our typical feasibility  would include a Final Project Evaluation Report (value of project after it is done), robust Feasibility Report, detailed Project Estimates, Weekly Team Meetings, Site Plans, a Wetland Reconnaissance, and soil analysis. The average total cost for our feasibilities run from $2,500 to $4,000 total (site-specific so pricing varies). Some of these costs may count as downpayment credit (consult your Loan Officer). Hence you can potentially get these services for free (after potential Down payment credit).
